Hi, I am Kasia, an urban yogi just like you—living and working in the city. Over the past ten years of self-practice, I have learned that true wisdom comes from connecting deeply with your body, breath, and mind.

Yoga is more than just movement. It opens a dialogue between your body, breath, mind, and soul. The more you listen, the more they guide you toward peace, balance, and self-awareness. And with that self-awareness, you discover your own wisdom, something no outside source, not even AI can provide.

How self-practice helps

Yoga self-practice has transformed my life.

  • It helped me build a healthier relationship with food, and find calm and relaxation without external aids. 
  • It improved my sleep, allowing for deeper rest. 
  • It helped me align with my true self. 
  • I’ve gained a sense of belonging and feel grounded in my environment and relationships.

  • It brought a deeper sense of calm and peace into my daily life, 
  • Most importantly, It opened my heart—to love and to self-love.

 

While these are my personal experiences, yoga is a a unique journey for everyone. The beauty of it lies in the unknown- I cannot predict what you will discover, yet you will experience it firsthand.
